Adega Eidos is located at the southernmost end of the Valle del Salnés sub-area, under the protection of a hillside called Padriñán, where there are countless small immemorial plantations that nourish it. This is a privileged area that is located on the town of Sanxenxo and the mouth of the Pontevedra estuary, and that has its own microclimate, ideal for growing grapes, which together with the geophysical peculiarities of the soil, result in a grape with an unbeatable balance of acids and sugars with an optimal degree of maturation. This conjunction, of undoubted fame in the ambit, originated an Albariño wine with its own identity, which has increased over the years. The construction, with a discreet and functional architecture, is the result of a clear commitment to the future, designed with both the production process and the promotion of wine tourism in mind, resulting in facilities perfectly integrated into the environment, designed so that visitors can be participants in the entire production process, thus contributing to the dissemination of the wine culture. Resulting also the culmination of a project with a markedly familiar character, based on experience, and that unites the ancestral tradition of the place.
