1.Payment System
Automatic payment system: our purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, so the address is understood as O Rei Pescador C.B, 670514108, FAX.
All prices include the corresponding VAT in the European Community except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card, through Paypal or by Bank Transfer (option valid only for purchases from the EU).
All forms of payment offered on the website are prior to the shipment of purchased products.
2.Credit Card Payment
The POS system used, belonging to Banco Santander and Redsys, allows you to pay for your purchases with a Credit Card with maximum guarantees and tranquility, thanks to its Verifiedby VISA and MasterCard SecureCode security systems.
3.Payments through Paypal
O Rei Pescador C.B also offers the payment service through the Paypal platform. Paypal is a well-known payment method used in electronic media and purchase and sale transactions worldwide. The main feature is that it grants absolute security in the purchase made electronically to both the buyer and the seller. Due to these security measures and complexity of the purchase process through Paypal, purchases made using this method will be increased by 4%.
4.Payments Through Bank Transfer
To make the payment, a bank transfer must be made for the amount of the purchase to one of the following bank accounts:

All your data will be treated in accordance with the terms of Organic Law 5/1992 of October 29 (Organic Law on the Regulation of Authorized Treatment of Personal Data).

As they are consumer products in most cases, O Rei Pescador C.B will only accept returns of products sold that have a manufacturing defect.

In the case of returns, the cost corresponding to the transport of said return will be charged, discounting it from the amount to be returned. For returns for possible product malfunctions, a period of seven days is established from the date of delivery of the equipment to make the corresponding claim. Within that period, the change will be made for a new device without charge. For the rest of the equipment, they will be collected free of charge to be reviewed by our technical service and will be returned to the customer as soon as possible without charge.
